For sure DeepSpace3D's models have great potential at generally a great price - although I think they do lack some details in the textures but maybe when i get some time I will break out Deep Paint 3D and create a few high res more textured skins for the models.

I do like how he matches Vicky and Monster Poses's - that's very cool and very useful... if not a little annoying as while I have V4 I still tend to use V3 in my comics at the moment (not a big V4 fan here).

Anyway for anyone who has not seen Deepspace's Monsters for Poser you can find them at this link
YOU MAY NEED TO BE SIGNED INTO RENDEROTICA

Agreed. My one beef with those are the maps, but like you said you can't beat the price. I've done environmental modeling in Max for about 5 years now, though I've never touched Daz or Poser. I'm fresh out of college trying to make a career out of environmental art and asset modeling.
I'm not a texture artist by any means, but I know what looks good that's for sure.

I need to try modeling some organics sometime. Monsters with little to no aesthetic limitations seem to be a good place to start.

Having taken a good look at the Deepspace models - while they are basic they are very serviceable, the main issue I have with them (as I touched on before) is the texture. I want to use one of them in a future issue of War Zone - so I am going to design a new texture for it and when i have done with it I will make it freely available so you can use it in your renders.

That's great dude! I agree about the textures - can't wait to see what you come up with!

A hidden gem about Nyhlloghast... he comes with Genatalia turned off. if you go up into the figure menu and turn it on, the beastie is formidably equipped, and there are a decent amount of morphs associated with his member to make him a proper sex-beast, Happy hunting ;)
